The tense of the verbs "come" and "believe"- that is what gives. In the Greek they are in the present tense, which emphasizes continual action: "keep on." Jesus is saying "keep coming" and "keep believing." Whoever keeps on coming will never hunger. Whoever keeps on believing will never thirst. (DJ 62-63)
That is the void that can only be daily quenched by Him. It's obvious... I NEED more of Him, to eat of His bread daily, minutely, secondly... it doesn't stop. I need more of this bread...
God keeps giving the bread, He didn't just give it, He keeps giving it.
